What is a Meta Tech Provider?+
A company Meta has approved to onboard businesses onto the WhatsApp Business Platform. You connect your number through Meta’s own signup flow, and your account stays in your name.
Do I need a Meta Business account?+
Yes. If you don’t have one, you can create it during signup, and we’ll guide you through business verification.
Can I use the number I already use on WhatsApp?+
You can use a new number or move an existing one. A number active on the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app has to be moved to the API first, and we’ll take you through it.
Can I send any message I like?+
Messages you start must use a template Meta has approved. When a customer messages you, you can reply freely for the next 24 hours.
