Questions people ask
Does payroll handle PF, ESI, PT and TDS on salary?+
Yes. PF, ESI and state professional tax slabs are worked into payroll, and TDS on salary follows the old or new regime with investment declarations. Challan and return files (ECR, 24Q, Form 16) are not generated yet.
Can attendance come from our biometric devices?+
Yes, from ZKTeco devices, or from a CSV import. Corrections and regularisations go through approval.
Does payroll post to accounts?+
Yes. A closed payroll run posts its salary, deductions and payables to the books, and payment batches produce a bank file.
Can employees see their own payslips?+
Yes. Employees get their own space for payslips, attendance, leave, tax declarations, loans, reimbursements and documents, and managers see their team.
What happens when someone leaves?+
Resignations go through an exit checklist and a full and final settlement, with exit letters.
