Yes. Add each legal entity as a company, and each company can have several business units. Every business unit keeps its own set of books, and people switch between them without signing in again.
Can people be limited to their own unit or records?+
Yes. Roles decide which screens and actions each person has, and data access rules can limit which records they see, for example only their own business unit.
How do approvals work across the group?+
Approval workflows route orders, bills and payments to the right people, with auto-approve rules for routine cases and a history of every decision.
Is there an audit trail?+
Yes. Changes to financial records are kept with the old and new values and who made them, closed periods can be locked, and back-dated entries are limited per document type.
Can Drista connect to our other systems?+
Yes. API keys and webhooks let your other systems read and send data, and invoices and alerts can go out by email and WhatsApp.
