How does stock move in Drista?+
Goods receipts, purchase returns, sales deliveries and sales returns move stock in and out of the warehouse they name, and each movement is kept in the item stock ledger.
How is stock valued?+
Choose FIFO or weighted average. The stock valuation report and the cost of goods sold posted to accounts both use the method you choose.
Can I keep stock in more than one place?+
Yes. Add as many warehouses as you need and see stock per warehouse and in total.
Does it track batches and serial numbers?+
Not yet. Items carry reorder levels and minimum and maximum stock, but batch-wise and serial-number tracking are not available today.
Is there anything for jewellers?+
Yes. Jewellery items with bills of material, metal items and daily metal rates, stone lots and memos, jewellery stock and production.
